Each lamp is carefully handcrafted, finished, and inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards before being shipped. Due to the handmade nature of our products and to maintain fairness for all customers, we do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect ordering, or personal preference.
No Refunds or Returns for Non-Defective Items
All sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds if:

The product has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

Damaged or Defective Items
We will gladly assist if your lamp arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence at:

Items Not Eligible for Refund or Replacement
We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for:

Normal wear and tear

Variations to the lamp from reference images

Handmade variations to the lamp that do not affect function

Order Cancellations
Once an order has entered the processing stage, it is deemed final and may not be cancelled. We are unable to cancel the order, change the address or issue a refund while the order is processing or in transit. Customers are fully responsible for reviewing all order details prior to submission.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Scarletshorror is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please make sure your shipping address is correct and the delivery location is fully secure as the order cannot be changed after it has been placed.
Processing Time for Approved Claims
If a replacement or refund is approved, please allow 7-14 business days for processing. Refunds, if issued, will be returned to the original payment method.
